Shipping & Delivery

Delivery :

Absolut and Co. BV delivers goods to all countries. All products are sent from our European warehouse in The Netherlands, where they are packed securely before shipping. The delivery time varies from country to country, within Europe it may take approx. 6 days, and up to 10 days outside Europe. Holidays and bad weather may be circumstances due to which the delivery can be delayed. Please note: we kindly request you to fill in an additional delivery address in the appropriate box, should you not be able to accept the delivery. You may want to use your work address. Absolut does not deliver to Postal Boxes. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to add or change a delivery address. Delivery terms are subject to strikes, lockouts and other factors, which Absolut cannot control (force majeure).

Communications :

All orders will be placed via the order form in the web shop.

Order handling :

 When your order has been placed and paid for, Absolut will send an email to you, confirming the receipt of your order and your payment.

Confirmation :

When the goods are packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a notice via e-mail. This notice contains information to track your order. Note that the invoice only relates to the goods being sent to you. If an article is sold out, please refer to Sold out items 5 below.

Sold out items :

Our online shop shows the complete Absolut collection. If a product is out of stock, this will appear on the product display. In some cases, it is possible to reserve the item. If you choose to reserve the item, we will send an email as soon as the product is back in stock. However, this is merely extra service from our side and, therefore, Absolut cannot be held accountable for over sold or discontinued products. If a product in the online shop is shown as being in stock, and this is not the case, Absolut cannot be held accountable. The product will be removed from your order and you will be notified. If paid for it will be reimbursed  – shipping costs are added to your order. Orders will primarily be shipped with FEDEX. The cost for shipping depends on the total weight of the order and will be calculated for each country separately.

Customs and Duties:

These are not included in the price indicated at the check-out. Since the costs of duty vary from country to country, we cannot inform you on the potential duty cost. We therefore recommend you contact FEDEX or your local custom authorities to obtain information about customs regulations in your country.

Returns :

Absolut has a 14-day return policy on all products. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  The goods can only be returned if they are not used and if they are wrapped in the original packaging. The buyer pays for the return cost. All products can be returned to the following address only:

Please enclose a completed Absolut return note when you return the goods. The return leaflet will be enclosed in the package when Absolut sends the goods to the buyer.

Should the item disappear during the return shipping, Absolut will not be responsible for the expenses. The refund for a returned item/s will be on the customer’s account within 30 days. If an item is requested in a different color, size, or other, compared to the delivery, a new order has to be placed in the online shop.

Coupons and Vouchers:

Coupons cannot be used in combination with Sale items.

Tracking :

All orders can be tracked with a tracking number which you can ask for at order@tindra4u.online. This way, you can always locate your goods.

Delivery failure :

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is returned to Absolut. If the buyer is still interested in delivery, the buyer is charged with Euro 15. This amount covers additional administration costs, shipping costs and other expenses which are a consequence of the delivery failure.

Information:

The product information in our online shop is described as accurately as possible. However Absolut cannot be held accountable for misprints and other technical inaccuracies, including variations in style and color as the product’s color depends on the settings on your PC. Absolut cannot guarantee the colors in the online shop accurately reflect the colors of the goods.
Our products are handmade and as a consequence there may be very small spots in the paper, due to the flame retardant liquid.  This is not a production error.

Changes:

 Absolut reserves the right, without explanation or notice, to change prices and delivery terms. These changes will not affect orders which have already been accepted in the form of an invoice via e-mail.

News from Absolut:

As we are a design company, we always like to inspire our customers. This is achieved through newsletters. If you wish to receive these newsletters, you can tell us by simply sending us an email here or ticking off the possibility on the order form. If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, simply send an email to us with your email address, and the text “Unsubscribe” in the subject field.

Third Party Dealers on our website:

We may show links to other websites or companies who also sell our products. However, Absolut cannot guarantee that goods purchased from third party vendors have the same service, terms and conditions as Absolut.

Venue and Applicable Law: 

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of three arbitrators.
The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm.
The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the substantive law of Sweden

Security:

It is very important for us that you feel safe when you shop at Absolut. All payment data sent between the browser and Absolut is encrypted. At the bottom of the browser, you can see if a website is encrypted. The encryption runs through a SSL server (Secure Socket Layer). This means all information is sent via a secure connection, and that your payment information is unreadable for outsiders.
